Closing the Loop on Patient Communications

The electronic medical records, ElationEMR, has helped me close the loop on patient communications – both in and out of the office. Patients are able to view their entire medical chart and easily correspond electronically with the office. Being able to communicate with patients outside the office and in the context of their day-to-day lives, I am better able to personalize patient care. It’s the antithesis of cookbook medicine: tailoring a prescription to an individual’s unique needs. Here’s how I do it.

At the end of the day, I simply want to support and educate patients to have a higher quality of life. I will continue to find more ways to do so. If you have any recommendations, please contact me.
