Dr. Jung Kim is a leading practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine for more than 20 years. He specializes in the Korean SAAM acupuncture technique (also called 5 elements) and herbal medicine. By focusing on creating the right equilibrium within the body’s organ systems, Dr. Kim effectively treats women’s health concerns, digestive problems, and headaches.
Dr. Jung Kim earned his Doctorate of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine degree and his Masters of Science degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (ACTCM), one of the leading educational institutions of TCM in the United States. Thereafter, Dr. Kim was a clinical professor at Five Branches University followed by his current position as assistant dean and professor at ACTCM.
Dr. Kim’s patients have often seen many of the best acupuncturists and herbalists before they reach their wits’ end. By having a deep understanding of preventive integrative medicine Dr. Kim is able to effectively address many of his patients’ concerns through his emphasis on acupuncture and herbal medicine for stress management.
